1 Kings 22:29-36

As many people hear the Words of God, they do hear, but they do not follow the Words of God exactly. King Ahab was such a person.<\/p>\n
People think they obey or have obeyed the Word of God. But in reality, they do not receive the Word of God into their heart. There are plenty of people out there who rather think that they obey and follow the Word. In the end however, many problems arise and surround them and eventually, they conclude that the bible is wrong and they are right. Thus, such people actually have nothing to do with God.<\/p>\n
Spiritual life is where the Word of God leads and guides us.<\/p>\n
On day 1 of creation, God said \u201cLet there be light\u201d and there was light.<\/p>\n
\u201cThen God said, \u201cLet there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years;\u201d
\n\u202d\u202dGenesis\u202c \u202d1:14\u202c \u202dNKJV\u202c\u202c<\/p>\n
On the third day, God made all the herbs and fruit bearing trees. On the fourth day, the sun was created. Can trees survive without the sun light? This is impossible. So what was making it possible? It was possible with the light of the first day.<\/p>\n
Like this, the virgin cannot bear a child without the man. The 90 year old woman cannot also bear a child. But all this is possible in the bible.<\/p>\n
King Jehoshaphat believed in the Word of God, but king Ahab did not.<\/p>\n
If you heart is connected to the Lord, then even though you are at the brink of death, you will feel hopeful.<\/p>\n
The strength of your salvation and the value of your salvation declines when you yourself do not preach the gospel and when there is no work of the gospel rising in you.<\/p>\n
When you read the bible, you will see that the bible breaks down your thought.<\/p>\n
If you bring your heart to Jesus, who is the Light, then all your darkness will be revealed.<\/p>\n
\u201cLamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and had a son. And he called his name Noah, saying, \u201cThis one will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.\u201d\u201d
\n\u202d\u202dGenesis\u202c \u202d5:28-29\u202c \u202dNKJV\u202c\u202c<\/p>\n
The ground is cursed by God. The ground is where one has to toil and suffer.<\/p>\n
From God\u2019s point of view, we are only evil. God gave us the law to show us who we are – that we are truly only evil continually. Why does God leave us in this position?<\/p>\n
\u201cRejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.\u201d
\n\u202d\u202dI Thessalonians\u202c \u202d5:16-18\u202c \u202dNKJV\u202c\u202c<\/p>\n
Are you always rejoicing? Praying without ceasing? Giving thanks in everything? \u2014 If not, you are not really biblical. Folks, God has already made everything in us for our life so we can rejoice, pray and be thankful about.<\/p>\n
Our spiritual life is all about discovering.<\/p>\n
Literally, our thoughts = death.
\nDepending on the Word of God = life.<\/p>\n
A single Word of God that you receive changes your life.<\/p>\n
Consider the man with infirmity for 38 years (M38) – \u201cRise, take up your bed and walk\u201d changed the life of M38.<\/p>\n
Through grace in this salvation, we are in the perfect condition to live the life of the Spirit and the life led by God.<\/p>\n
Spiritual life is ourselves decreasing and God increasing. This can only be done for us through the church and not through us alone.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd why do you look at the speck in your brother\u2019s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, \u2018Let me remove the speck from your eye\u2019; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother\u2019s eye.\u201d
\n\u202d\u202dMatthew\u202c \u202d7:3-5\u202c \u202dNKJV\u202c\u202c<\/p>\n
If you can see yourself through the Word, you can only be happy. Then you will have great blessing in your life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
